Francesca Graziano MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Francesca Graziano, FNP-BC, is an inpatient Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital. In this role, she collaborates closely with the orthopedic team to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients undergoing orthopedic surgery. Francesca’s responsibilities include managing the medical care of post-operative orthopedic patients, anticipating their discharge needs, and delivering essential post-operative education to both patients and their families.

With a strong focus on coordination among multidisciplinary teams and ensuring clear communication, Francesca plays a crucial role in guiding patients from surgery through to a smooth discharge. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality care, tailored to the unique needs of each child and family in her care. Additionally, Francesca is passionate and actively involved in quality improvement initiatives.

Francesca earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Nursing from Dominican University. Before transitioning to pediatric orthopedic care, she gained invaluable experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, where she developed clinical expertise in managing complex, high-acuity pediatric cases.
