July 17–19, 2025 | Cedars-Sinai Spine at Cedars Sinai and Och Spine at NewYork-Presbyterian collaborated again to offer a reunion spine meeting, this year with special guest program Duke Spine! It was held in beautiful Park City, Utah and it was a joint reunion for the fellows, former fellows, and colleagues of our programs. All practicing spine surgeons and fellows were welcomed.
This outstanding meeting featured:
- Lively debates, fascinating cases, and expert Q&A
- A reprise of last years’ popular “Spinal Jeopardy!” session
- Plenty of time to enjoy Park City’s multiple summer activities
- Relaxed social events enabling us to re-connect with friends
Dr. Michael Vitale was involved in different aspects of this meeting, including:
- Participating in Thursday’s panel for the case presentation, “Pediatric Scoliosis: Where Are We with Fusionless Deformity Surgery in 2025?”
- Moderating Friday’s Concurrent Session, “Pediatric Cases, Conversations, and Confession”
- Joining Friday’s panel, “Pediatric Spondylolysis in 2025”
In the photo below, see Dr. Josie Coury, with her previous fellowship director, Dr. Ronald A. Lehman, Jr., presenting groundbreaking research. We are excited for her to start her Advanced Pediatric Spine Fellowship with us in two weeks!
